Once your order has been completed , shipping usually takes up to 2-4 business days to arrive (READY TO WEAR WIGS)
All orders are shipping with USPS and signature confirmation is REQUIRED.
Business days are M-F (Holidays not included)
Please ensure that the address you provided is correct. I will not be held liable for any LOST/STOLEN packages.
DUE TO COVID-19 , PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE MAY BE DELAYS!
SHIPPING FEE INCLUDES: full insurance just in case USPS misplaces your package or anything of that sort. Please understand that things do happen and It is completely out of my control.
Return & Cancellation Policy
Returns are permitted within 2 days of receiving package. The unit must be returned in the same manner you received it, LACE IN TACT & UNWORN and in it's original packaging.
Same applies for hair & products.
No exchanges are permitted.
Cancellations : ONCE ORDER IS PLACED YOU HAVE UNTIL THAT SAME DAY TO CANCEL( 11:59PM EST ). You will not be able to cancel any time after that. Cancellations are an inconvenience as we do strive to keep things running as smooth as possible. THANK YOU!
Bundles/Products
Products : processing time is 1-3 business day.
Bundles/ Closure & Frontals : I do not have them on hand so please allow at least a week to receive your tracking #.
Custom Units
All preorder units take up to 14 - 21 BUSINESS DAYS (holidays not included)
Please understand that I am one person so units take a bit longer so please purchase your units at an earlier time to avoid any issues.
If you ordered a READY TO SHIP UNIT , allow 1-3 days for your order to process.
Please be sure that you are measuring your head correctly before purchasing a unit. Ensure that your braids are FLAT and small enough to get an accurate measurement. I WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY WRONG MEASUREMENTS PROVIDED! If you need any assistance with measuring please be sure to email me at any time!
